Can orders be subsequently changed or combined?

In most cases this is unfortunately not possible. The documents required for customs clearance are generated automatically for each order and must match the contents of the shipment. The uncomplicated way is that you or we cancel your order, and you create a new one.

Where is my invoice?

First the invoice is attached once to our e-mail with the order confirmation and second to our order completion e-mail as a PDF file. If you have not ordered as a guest but via your customer account, you will find all invoices archived there for download. Incidentally, you will find in the customer account "order" > "payment" all payment options to choose from.
