If you are a consultant, school or business, we ask you to briefly familiarize yourself with our discount calculation.

Volume Discount Applicable for Discounting
There is a quantity discount from a minimum quantity, which increases with the order quantity.

Entitlement

Although everyone can order from us, some products and all discounts are only available for consultants, schools and businesses. That’s how it’s done:

1. Register for a user account here. Select the option as “consultant”.

2. You will automatically receive an initial confirmation email.

3. Log in, and you will receive discounts according to the scheme shown above.

Display

The discounted prices are displayed in a small table on the respective product pages (see fig.). And only if you are logged in and your user status is “Consultant”. Move the arrows:

View for private customers without log-in.View for consultants, schools and business logged in.

In the shopping cart you will find the regular price crossed out and the new discounted price next to it – if a discount according to the scheme shown above could be applied.

Additional Benefits for Consultants, Schools and Businesses

Return

The right of return only applies to private consumers, but not to consultants, schools and businesses. Nevertheless, we offer – voluntarily – a return of all non-customized articles within 14 days (from delivery). No return from Non-EU-countries.

Since every return causes costs, we ask for your understanding that we retain 20% of the value of the goods as a processing fee. You can find all details on taking back in our terms and conditions.

Storage

You can store our color swatches and style guides without hesitation. We take back all unsold items until one year of the date of purchase.

The processing fee for this practical service is 2.00 € net per item.
