Although everyone can order from us, discounts are only available for consultants, schools and businesses. That’s how it’s done:

1. Register for a user account here. You will automatically receive an initial confirmation email.

2. Reply to this email by sending us a proof such as

the address of your website
a trade license
a training certificate
a training invoice.

Please ensure that the file size must be below 5 MB, otherwise our server will refuse to accept it.

3. Wait with your first order until you have received a second confirmation email from us. Then and only after you have logged in, you will receive discounts according to the scheme shown below.

The discounted prices are displayed in a small table on the respective product pages (see fig.). And only if you are logged in and your user status is “Consultant”.

In the shopping cart you will find the regular price crossed out and the new discounted price next to it – if a discount according to the scheme shown below could be applied.

Return

The right of return only applies to private consumers, but not to consultants, schools and businesses. Nevertheless, we offer – voluntarily – a return of all articles within 14 days (from delivery).

Since every return causes costs, we ask for your understanding that we retain 15% of the value of the goods as a processing fee. You can find all details on taking back in our terms and conditions.

Storage

You can store our color swatches and style guides without hesitation. We take back all unsold items until one year of the date of purchase.

The processing fee for this practical service is € 1.00 net per item.

E-mail order

If you are in a hurry, you can also order by email from an order value of 40.00 €.

The condition is that we can find all of your data such as billing and delivery addresses in your user account.

Product Samples

Within the limits defined by German law, private customers can return any products within 14 days from receipt of the goods. In addition, free samples don’t bring any further advantage to private customers.

For commercial customers, the German legislature does not grant any right of return. Nevertheless, we take back every product sold. We reserve the right to charge a processing fee of 15% of the value of the product(s) for expenses relating to the cancellation, return of, and restocking of the product(s), as well as from payment reimbursement. In addition, free samples don’t bring any further advantage to commercial customers – apart from the processing fee, which is necessary and fair to cover our costs.

If the 15% is still too much, many of our products can be purchased on Amazon. There, returns are allowed within 1 month and free of charge. However, purchasers will have to forgo any discounts.
