What do you do with such a degree? Logically, I went into the pharmaceutical industry. A convincing outfit was a must. At the same time, I have professionalized myself as a color and style consultant. In 2004 I founded Kolibri Image – Dirk Maass and Regina Maass OHG, which is the operator and biller of this online shop.
With more than 15 years in business, I have advised employees of corporations and medium-sized companies. From board members to managers and trainees. I now work offline as well as online and have specialized in training in addition to private consultations.
The beautiful and the practical have always fascinated me. An ideal combination for my two areas of responsibility: design and marketing. I designed almost all of our products myself under the professional supervision of Regina. Then suitable producers were sought and the marketing developed.

Since 2005 it has been our goal to support and aid color and style consultants worldwide, but also “neighboring” professions such as hairdressers or makeup artists, with a thoughtful selection of reasonably priced consulting materials and high-quality technical equipment. We pay special attention that our products’ function and design support your professional appearance.
The products and assortment selection are based on the experience of our own consulting practice. Almost all products are designed and manufactured by ourselves. Two employees provide fulfillment and shipping.
